PUNKALIVE PAVILJONKI, HABITARE 2010
AHEAD PAVILION by PUNKALIVE is a product of a new
innovative freeform wooden building construction system.
The building material is Kerto®, a structurally strong laminated veneer
lumber (LVL) product made from finnish spruce by Finnforest.
The whole processing chain from collecting timber to the manufacturing
process is PEFC certified. Production follows the priciples of
sustainability.
The negative carbon footprint of Finnforest’s Kerto® is -716 kg CO2/m3 .
Patent pending for the construction components and the manufacturing of
the components and the fastening system of the components.
