Punkalive’s Finnish innovative wood design is widely represented this year at the Helsinki Fair Centre and the city center on September 14-18.
Punkalive’s own department 7E39 introduces Karim Rashid furniture and the new home, office and public furniture plus Tuma and Avanto lights, which are developed in co-operation with Innojok.
Punkalive’s products are made of Kerto, laminated veneer spruce, and they are ecological and comply with the principles of sustainable development. All products have a negative carbon footprint and they emphasize individuality and product-specific structural endurance. Products have lively surface and a handmade feel.
Punkalive Cafe, located on the Park Boulevard, is furnished with Finnish innovative design pieces. The cafe is an ensemble of modular Kerto wooden interior elements and Kampa, Avanto and Pölkky furniture. Punkalive’s talking chair can also be found on the Park Boulevard. Punkalive’s Kerto wooden interior elements represent a new free-form wood construction, which combines fast and flexible installation, possibilities of adjusting shape and surface finish plus good acoustic features.
At ArtHelsinki area within the department 3C31, lies Punkalive Lounge with a vibrant champagne bar. This environment is designed of High Roller, Low Roller, Koura, Nikama, Avanto and Pouta furniture.
Avanto lights are designed and manufactured in co-operation with Finnish lighting company Innojok. The series includes four different sizes of lamps, and the three largest sizes are bright light lamps.
In addition, Punkalive presents at Habitare living walls made in co-operation with Greenhouse Effect Ltd.
